• leading and driving product related changes from ideation to implementation.
• develop and own change timelines, aligning all relevant stakeholders on key actions.
• assure change execution according to agreed critical success factors and defined budget.
• shape timely and relevant change communication.

• ensure adherence to change management process
• providing relevant feedbacks to further strengthen the process
job qualifications
1. education and professional qualification
• graduate (post-graduate would be a plus) experience in project management / supply chain / process implementation roles
• proficient in english
• good communication skills
2. knowledge & experience
• atleast 2-3 years’ experience in working with cross-functional team
• prior experience of project management would be preferred.
