Coordination with Airlines: Liaise with airlines and freight forwarders to book space for cargo, ensuring timely departures and arrivals of shipments.3. Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed about their shipments, addressing any queries, and resolving issues effectively.4. Shipment Tracking: Monitor the status of air cargo shipments, updating clients and internal teams on progress, and taking necessary actions in case of delays.5. Billing and Invoicing: Assist in the preparation of invoices and ensure all charges are accurate before sending them to clients.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
