Face-to-Face For Air Export Executive Jobs (Freshers)

We are seeking an Air Export Executive for our office in Nadia, India. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and be eager to learn about air freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Documentation Handling**: Prepare and manage all necessary export documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy to facilitate the smooth transportation of goods.

2. **Coordination with Airlines**: Liaise with airlines and freight forwarders to book space for cargo, ensuring timely departures and arrivals of shipments.

3. **Customer Communication**: Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed about their shipments, addressing any queries, and resolving issues effectively.

4. **Shipment Tracking**: Monitor the status of air cargo shipments, updating clients and internal teams on progress, and taking necessary actions in case of delays.

5. **Billing and Invoicing**: Assist in the preparation of invoices and ensure all charges are accurate before sending them to clients.
