-Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly according to hotel hygiene standards.-Assist chefs and kitchen staff by keeping workstations clean and well-organized, disposing of waste appropriately, and replenishing supplies as needed.-Keep track of cleaning supplies, dish washing chemicals, and kitchen tools, and report low stock levels to the supervisor in a timely manner.-Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of cleaning agents and kitchen equipment.-Support the Food & Beverage team during events and banquets by helping set up service stations and clearing dishes during and after functions.-Report any damaged or malfunctioning kitchen equipment or tools to the relevant department for prompt repairs or replacement.
