Responsibilities of Shift Manager1. Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.2. Motivates and coaches Crew Members, and assists in the training of new Crew Members.3. Excels in performing all Crew Member4. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.5. May assist Restaurant Manager in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, and team development.6. Ensures that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are followed.7. Ensures the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.8. Maintains fast, accurate and outstanding service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.9. Completes all other duties as assigned. Responsible for delivering quality food to customers. Looked after the store maintenance and cleanliness and implemented high safety standards. Recruited new and capable staff and trained them. Ensured that the store looks after the customer satisfaction. Prepared weekly reports of sales/profits and documented them. Effectively solved customer complaints and queries. Strictly followed store policies and implemented them. Experience in handling all store related day to day activities Knowledge of store maintenance and operations Sending Emails & Replys accordingly. Consistently Providing Good services & good food to our clients. Providing fast & satisfactory customer service without giving any complaints. Assessing the customer feedback & evaluating areas of improvements
