Sufficient programming knowledge to manage developer projects; for example, Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc. Working understanding of SQL Server 2008 & 2012. Developing software solutions. Familiar with industry data visualisation solutions.Knowledge / Experience Ability to present complex propositions in a simple manner. Able to articulate big ideas in plain language. Management of tech partners and experience at managing outsourcing / insourcing process. Experience working with internal/external dev teams and associated ways of working. Experience with multiple methodologies. Awareness of project management principles and experience of working with internal and external teams across multiple locations. Working knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive analytics also desirable. Excellent numerical and analytical skills Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations. Oversee the development of application to use the model and increase its adoption by internal marketing and incentives to the users.Requirements:- Qualification - MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institute. Engineering in Information Technology is preferred. Experience 3-6 years of experience in a similar role with a leading bank / NBFC / E Commerce / Telecom Company is requiredDomain knowledge good understanding of key operational metrics of the business and their impact on profit and loss, revenue, customer retention, and so on. Additionally, knowledge of common use cases (e.g., default predictions, segmentation etc.) in banking and financial services/ telecom/ e-commerce is important.General technical fluency must possess strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving.
