Field Job, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Repair

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:FIELDWORK To Guide the team technically & administratively in the field/On-site. Study the architectural and structural drawings if provided by the client. Carrying out detailed visual inspection of steel structures on site. Coordination with team members for the status of work. Collecting data for each member and recording it in an approved checklist. Attending the plant-specific safety training conducted by the client.BACK-OFFICE WORK To get Prepared the checklist (datasheet) and compilation for all structures. To get Prepared the compressive draft report along with NDT inference. To get Prepared the Conclusion of the inspection including recommendingthe most suitable techno-commercial and economical repairs/ strengtheningmethodology. To get Prepared the BOQ. To get Prepared the distress mapping drawing. To get Prepared the final report with a compilation of drawings, BOQ, NDTreport, specification of works, etc.

1. Must have knowledge / Experience (Minimum 6 months) in cabling (cable laying / wiring) in conduit or with saddling and be ready for cabling work for Fire Alarm Systems, and CCTV Systems at 15 to 20 Feet height in the industry.2. Additional knowledge / Experience in Fire Alarm System or its devices installation, CCTV Systems or Camera installation / configuration are beneficial for higher salary offer then regular.3. CCTV Systems (HD & IP) installation/configurationDahua, Hikvision, NVR/Camera IP Configuration, Door Access Systems, PA Systems etc.4. client visit.

Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Troubleshooting of Process Gas Analyzers including Sampling Systems. Handle online Processes and Stack Analyzers. Attend Emergency breakdown service calls and ensure to bring sampling system and analyzers back into service Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half year, yearly Preventive maintenance Plan. Spare parts management, identify critical Spare Parts and Ordering them on time PM activities: Completing Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, preparing historical logs & calibration certificates Analyzer support services include configuration, backup, upgrades etc. Excellent communication skills, capable of handling all Communication with Original Equipment Manufacture for successful repairs without additional support and supervision Maintaining Master Calibration equipment, tools and ensuring they are calibrated from third party on time. Keeping up to date on maintaining Calibration and service logs in a timely manner. Familiar with all tools and consumables required to perform calibration and repair services. Maintaining daily communications with customers in a professional manner to ensure smooth coronation at site Meeting highest norms related to Health, Safety & Environmental and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements
