We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Support team. The role involves providing on-site & remote support, troubleshooting desktop, software, hardware, and basic network issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users.
Key Skills:
Desktop & OS troubleshooting (Windows/Mac/Linux)

Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
