Hypex is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Manager,the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to healthcare professionalsregarding Hypex's Surgical Products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellentcommunication skills, and a passion for customer service. Promote and sell Hypex's Surgical Products to healthcare professionals, includingdoctors, surgeons, pharmacists, and chemists, within the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives set by the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersthrough regular visits, product demonstrations, and effective communication. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, andnetworking within the healthcare industry. Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals to ensureproper understanding and usage of Hypex's Surgical Products. Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customerinsights to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to theRM and senior management. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, andproduct development, to address customer needs and enhance the overallcustomer experienceQualificationBachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or related field preferred.Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. Previous experience in a technical support or field service role, preferably in thehealthcare or medical device industry. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
