Skills:1. Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems.2. Advance knowledge of using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.3. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.4. Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.Job Responsibility: 1. Running Hydrax through PLC/SCADA for achieving targeted production of the shift.2. Monitoring/Supervising pulveriser production of the shift and ensure target production is achieved.3. Follow SOP & checklist while starting Hydrax, running Hydrax & stopping Hydrax to ensure smooth continuous production from Hydrax is achieved.4. Ensure production is achieved as per the set quality standards, such as purity, moisture content, water ratio, quality-quantity ratio etc.5. Finished products should be stored in designated silos specified on the basis of finished product quality parameters.6. Observe and monitor indicators on the PLC/SCADA computer screen and give necessary commands for smooth production.7. In case, PLC/SCADA indicators are moving beyond the permissible limits, appropriate actions to be taken to ensure machine safety.8. Ensure raw material testing procedure, before starting the production or during production is followed by the QC department as per the SOP.9. Operate PLC/SCADA for loading of the finished products into bulkers using loading bellows as per the requirement of loading & dispatch department.10. Maintain designed MIS reports by entering data on daily & hourly basis as per requirement and posting them in required WhatsApp group.11. Posting production and other activity updates in WhatsApp groups as per requirement.12. Participating in team meetings and giving inputs in findings root cause of any break down suffered during the shift.13. Share observation and inputs for overall plant process improvement

Role:- The role of an engineer- Instrumentation is to provide technical expertise in solving break downs and clearing other hindrances in order to minimise downtime across all plants to achieve a continuous production process- Proficient in PLC Programming of Siemens S7 1500 PLC & WINCC SCADA 7.4 VExperience on Siemens TIA Portal with a sound knowledge on creating and developing Hardware Configuration, FC, FB , DB and OB SCADA programming and MIMIC development- Proficient in Communication Protocol like Profinet ,Profibus PA , Modbus & Ethernet - Proficient in installing and Configuring of Variable Frequency Drive of Siemens G120 & G120C series- Handle weighing systems Calibration of Weigh measurements & controls, Loss in weight ( feed rate ) & Belt Weigh Feeder- Advanced knowledge of pressure transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Level transmitters, Flow meters, level & pressure switches thermocouples, RTD, Stack analysers, Various sensors, Pneumatic systems, SOV, Control Valves and Encoders etc.- Responsible for maintenance and calibration of field instruments and coordinate in planning and execution of preventive & predictive maintenance schedule- Ability to handle and troubleshoot maintenance related issues and carry out necessary modifications in Equipment as required- Handling spare parts and inventory control- WCM Activities and bring improvements through WCM Projects- Preparing safety permit to carry out maintenance work in the plant- Responsible for carrying out total productive maintenance in the plant- Responsible for handling of spare parts and inventory control in the plant- Adherence to safety and environment management SystemRequirements:- Diploma in Electronics/Diploma in Instrumentation with 6-8 years Exp- BE/B.
