Express the vision built collectively, and design/createdistinctiveand strong products and collections while keeping the essence of the brands DNAResponsibilities:Must have a keen interest and understanding of sustainable fashion Propose designs, sketches, colour palettes, and mood boards linked to seasonalconcepts. Develop designs from drawing and/or mock-ups from a technical perspective. Needs to have a clear understanding of measurement specs. Responsible for creating in Illustrator technical drawings based on hand sketches, 3Dsketches Attend design meetings and fitting sessions, follow up on finalization and validationof prototypes, pre-production, and production pieces. Prepare for design meetings and presentations. Keep collection overviews up to date and maintain progress reports. Ensure communication flow and work closely together with design and productteams including masters. Visit suppliers and development teams to hand over designs.

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master to join our head office in Mumbai, India.Primary responsibilities:- Pattern development and grading- Draping- Sample development and alterations (We are particular about our measurements so patience is a key virtue)- Pattern alterations- Technical specifications such as seam allowances, notches, grain lines, and other construction instructions- Maintain pattern library with necessary pictures- Oversee tailors and assist them with in-line quality check- Oversee tailor performance and progress- Be a mentor and guide to the tailoring team.- Assist with tech pack- Fabric knowledge- CAD experience would be a win-win (Not compulsory)Job details:Job Location: Mumbai, IndiaWorking days: Monday to SaturdayWorking time: 10:00- 7:00Additional Benefits:- Tea/ Snacks provided-Performance bonus- 12 paid leaves
