Strengthen vendor validation and compliance processes in partnership with Finance and Legal. Lead performance management cycles and oversee compensation and recognition programs that reinforce a high-performance culture. Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and inform proactive workforce strategies.Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Proven track record in HR leadership for technical/engineering organizations in India. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance. Experience working in global/matrixed environments and collaborating across geographies.
