Coordination with Finance team for payment of gratuity and settlement of left/retired employees through LIC gratuity

Coordination with advocate for any issues related to employees in court of law or any other Govt. Department

Arranging approvals of projects/building drawings from KIADB/INSPECTOR OF Factories or any statutory department

Strict adherence and compliance with the provisions of various labour legislation

Updating of Statutory Registers & Records

Renewal of group Mediclaim policy Coordination with Mediclaim insurance company regarding the hospitalisation/claims of employees when needed.

Coordination with Security agency

Knowledge on payroll management

Training and development

Coordinating day to day operations and maintenance activities
