Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement programs and resolve technical challenges. 2. Compliance & Audits Conduct internal audits Prepare laboratories for accreditation and certification ISTA and NABL 3. Team Management Mentor and train quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and business units to align quality goals with organizational objectives. 4. Innovation & Sustainability Drive research initiatives in seed enhancement, biocontrol, and sustainable seed technologies. Develop strategies to minimize seed deterioration and improve yield quality. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, audit results, and corrective actions. Present reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement plans.
