Experience Required: 10+ years in Seed Quality Assurance/Control About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Head to lead our seed quality assurance and control initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with global seed quality standards, drive sustainability practices, and foster innovation in seed technology. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering superior seed products to farmers. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance Leadership Oversee end-to-end quality control processes, from seed sampling to packaging, ensuring adherence to ISTA, ISO 17025, and other regulatory standards. Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement programs and resolve technical challenges. 2. Compliance & Audits Conduct internal audits Prepare laboratories for accreditation and certification ISTA and NABL 3. Team Management Mentor and train quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and business units to align quality goals with organizational objectives. 4. Innovation & Sustainability Drive research initiatives in seed enhancement, biocontrol, and sustainable seed technologies. Develop strategies to minimize seed deterioration and improve yield quality. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, audit results, and corrective actions. Present reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement plans. Qualifications & Skills Education: Masters degree in Seed Science & Technology, Agricultural Science, or related field. Experience: 10+ years in seed quality assurance, including leadership roles in laboratory management. Proven expertise in seed testing, and accreditation processes.
