Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers, to develop technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements.Research and analyze client requirements, including proposal and RFP requirements, and develop effective solutions to address them.Develop proposals that clearly articulate the technical scope, including functional and technical requirements, system architecture, design, development, and testing approach, deployment strategy, and support model.Write, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring that it is accurate, clear, and compelling.Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging and branding across all proposals and other documentation.Manage and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously, while ensuring that each proposal is compliant with client requirements and aligns with company standards.Ensure that proposals are delivered on time, in full and of high quality.Maintain proposal content and templates in a centralized repository, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing, or other related fields.3+ years of experience in proposal writing or technical writing within the IT industry.
