NDT Coordinator (5-10 Years)

As an NDT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in conducting training at our Non-Destructive Testing Institute. With 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitating and conducting training programs focused on non-destructive testing methods to enhance the skills of aspiring professionals.

- Developing training materials and curricula to ensure effective learning experiences.

- Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance to provide constructive feedback and support.

- Maintaining compliance with ASNT Level 3 standards and promoting best practices in non-destructive testing.

To be successful in this role, you are expected to have:

- A solid understanding of non-destructive testing principles and practices.

- A valid ASNT Level 3 certification, which is essential for conducting specialized training.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with trainees and colleagues.

- Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation.

This position is a full-time, office-based role located in Greater Noida, India. You will be expected to travel occasionally as required by training demands. A laptop and mobile device will be provided for you to manage your responsibilities effectively.
