Key Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing project resources, includingmanpower, equipment, and materials. Prepare project implementation schedule, budget and ensure thework progress as per the project implementation. Prepare BOQ and BOM for the project execution. Development of new subcontractors, gangs and teams for a renewable energy project. Ensure timely regular invoicing, JMC, material reconciliation for project executionactivity. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamlessproject execution. Track project milestones and deliverables, and prepare progress reports forstakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts; implement corrective actionsas necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies throughout theproject lifecycle.
