Key responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, identify key milestones, and create schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Finishing, Fit-out & MEP Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of finishing, fit-out, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.
3. Monitoring & Control: Track project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
4. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, update project documentation, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
5. Software & Technical Tools: Utilize project management software and technical tools to enhance project planning, scheduling, and monitoring processes.
6. Contractual & Commercial Awareness: Understand project contracts, terms, and commercial implications to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
7. Leadership & Coordination Skills: Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and foster collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.
Required skills and expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering () or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
