Fill application form : https://forms.gle/9J6d1jxS2cu39ibU7Roles and Responsibilities:-Make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis.-Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team.-Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.-Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.-Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis.-Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously.-Ensure GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP(Good Hygiene Practices) are being followed on the production floor.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.-Schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.-Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO, Inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.Experience:-Experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.-Demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.Required Skills:-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.-Certification in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP is mandatory.-Preference for additional certifications such as HACCP, 5 S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Auditor's training, etc.-Strong discipline and attention to detail.-Excellent skills in manpower handling and task delegation.
