PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team and support various Production and management functions at NATH FURNISHES.

Responsibilities

�� Execution of furniture production activities as per production planning

�� Monitor the manufacturing process closely, overseeing each stage of furniture

�� Efficiently allocate resources, including materials, manpower, and equipment, to ensure smooth production and avoid shortage and wastage.

�� Knowledge of solid wood furniture.

�� Good knowledge of material such as wood plywood veneer, paint, metal, stone, and fabric polishing etc.

�� Ability to understand furniture CAD drawings.

�� Inter team co-ordinate (like carpenter, upholstery and paint quality of work with timely execution and delivery.

�� Experience in handling labour such as carpenters , sofa makers, painters etc.

�� Floor supervision, that should be done according to the Project Requirement.

�� Need to coordinate with Production Manager as per requirement.

�� Supervision of fitting.

�� Quality check 1. Raw Stage 2. Semi furnished 3. Final Stage

�� Furniture shifting and organisation

�� Fittting and Assembly management.

�� Labour handling.

�� Dispatch and Packing management.

�� Client complaint Handling.

�� Production supervision and checking.
