Opening For Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a diligent Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Bawana. This full-time position requires a motivated individual who can ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Production Activities: Oversee the production line to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet quality standards. You will manage workflows and address any production issues that arise.

- Team Management: Lead a team of workers by guiding, training, and motivating them. You are responsible for fostering a positive work environment to enhance team performance.

- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet specifications. You will regularly inspect production outputs and work with the team to address any deviations from quality standards.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering of necessary materials to maintain production without delays. This involves keeping track of stock and coordinating with suppliers.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are followed in the factory. You will promote a safe working environment and conduct routine safety checks.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and possess 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for successfully managing a team. You should be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety. The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently is also important, along with a good understanding of production processes and inventory management. As this position requires a male candidate, you should be comfortable working in a factory setting directly with staff.
