The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process at our facility in Ludhiana, India. This role requires 7-12 years of experience in a production management role and a graduate degree. Key responsibilities include managing the production schedule, ensuring quality control standards are met, optimizing production processes, and leading a team of production staff. The Production Incharge will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing health and safety protocols in the production area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. They should have a deep understanding of production processes and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise. The Production Incharge should also be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and capable of making quick decisions to ensure the smooth running of the production line. The candidate should be a team player and able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve production targets efficiently and effectively.

1) Production planning: Preparing production plans for textiles and apparel, and ensuring production lines are balanced for output.2) Quality assurance: Coordinating with the quality manager to ensure that defective goods aren't produced. 3) Material management: Receiving material status for each order, and ensuring materials are organized at each stage of processing. 4) Training: Arranging for continuous training for helpers and operators.5) Performance evaluation: Conducting performance reviews of subordinates.6) Documentation: Ensuring that all activities on the floor are properly documented. 7) Facility management: Overseeing daily facility activities, and ensuring that all facility maintenance procedures are followed.8) Fabric testing: Performing fabric tests to ensure quality compliance.9) Size accuracy: Checking finished apparel for size accuracy.
