The Production Engineer ensures the efficient operation of manufacturing processes. This role involves optimizing production lines, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.Implement safety and quality control standards.Manage and oversee maintenance schedules and inventory.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Skills:Proficiency in production management software and tools.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A) Qualification: Graduate & aboveB) Computer Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL etc.) along with with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, EpsilonC) Technical knowledge: Hands on production experience on:XML with in depth knowledge of DTD & Schema (working knowledge of CenDoc, NIMAS, JATS, PubMed, NLM, DocBook, MathML etc. will be an added advantage)EPUB (EPUB2.0/3.0, Reflow/Fixed Layout, Accessibility etc.)Working knowledge of MathType (MathML, Latex)PDF Accessibility (WCAG Section 508)D) Experience: More than 3 years of experience in Electronic Publishing domainE) Job Responsibilities:End-to-end management of the entire production cycle including production, quality and delivery management following client TATGoing through clients specifications and processing of sample files as per requirementImparting training and updations in regular intervals to all the peersTeam handling (20+) and workflow managementTracking details of all the projectsAny other responsibility allotted by the Management

Excellent communication skills in English (Both Oral and written) Minimum Graduate. Min 6 months of International outbound experience is good to have, though freshers are also eligible Good leadership & analytical skills. Willing to work in 24/7 environment and join ASAP.
