The job involves visual inspection of offset printing blanket rolls, marking and recording the defects, thickness measurement, side trimming, cutting and packing as per orders, data recording, maintaining job cards/documentation, stock maintaining and despatches.Operating knowledge of measuring equipments, units of measurements like mm/inches/feet/metres/microns would be required in this job.He will be required to ensure accurate working and time bound deliveries.He will work in a team and handle the operators & Helpers.CANDIDATES WILLING TO STAY AT /NEAR SANAND FOR WORKING AT OUR SANAND FACTORY CAN APPLY BY EMAIL / WHATSAPP WITH UPDATED RESUME.COMPANY PROVIDES FREE ACCOMODATION ON SHARING BASIS.

To Prepare a Bill of Material as per job request. To ensure stage-wise inspection as per QAP is being done in routine and product does not proceed for next stage till inspection for particular stage gets completed. To report to top management regarding the requirement of instruments for inspection/testing. To ensure timely calibration of all instruments in the factory. To determine sampling quantity for inspection. To maintain adequate inspection and test status in terms of under inspection/accepted/rejected. To ensure preparation of required gauges, tools, etc. for inspection. To ensure the preparation of inspection records at all stages of inspection and testing. To coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
