Production Planning will be given to you, you will discuss with Supervisors and finalize and then implement the same. Checking Reports and analyzing them and giving actionable insights to reduce cost and increase efficiency. To ensure total security of factory assets and staff with help of security officers. To ensure adequate attendance of workers to utilize maximum production capacity at all times and also evaluates the supervisors, workers performance periodically. To record Production, WIP, Cost vouchers in Tally. To supervise Production and Packaging. To conduct Stock Audit once every 15 days and ensure physical stock matches with that of stock in books. To ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to the customers as per quality defined in Sales Orders from HO. To ensure compliance of our packaging SOPs and timely dispatch by dealing with quality transporters at efficient costs. Managing Production. To give regular training to supervisors, skilled labors and workers about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOP and 5S. Ensure regular preventive maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment.
