Production Executive (Male)

€¢ Production Planning will be given to you, you will discuss with Supervisors and finalize and then implement the same.

€¢ Checking Reports and analyzing them and giving actionable insights to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

€¢ To ensure total security of factory assets and staff with help of security officers.

€¢ To ensure adequate attendance of workers to utilize maximum production capacity at all times and also evaluates the supervisors, workers performance periodically.

€¢ To record Production, WIP, Cost vouchers in Tally.

€¢ To supervise Production and Packaging.

€¢ To conduct Stock Audit once every 15 days and ensure physical stock matches with that of stock in books.

€¢ To ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to the customers as per quality defined in Sales Orders from HO.

€¢ To ensure compliance of our packaging SOP€™s and timely dispatch by dealing with quality transporters at efficient costs.

€¢ Managing Production.

€¢ To give regular training to supervisors, skilled labors and workers about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOP and 5S.

€¢ Ensure regular preventive maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment.
