The ideal candidate should possess deep domain expertise, hands-on shop floor management experience, and strong leadership qualities to streamline productionprocesses and ensure timely delivery with uncompromised quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the production line for Railway Bogie Frames and Bogie Assemblies. Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams to maintain seamless production flow. Optimize production schedules and resource utilization to meet delivery timelines. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues on the shop floor. Monitor and improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of the production line. Train and supervise junior engineers and shop floor staff. Maintain compliance with railway industry norms and regulatory requirements.
