Identify areas for productivity improvement and report to the Production Manager. Minimize waste and enhance output through process improvements.3. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all production processes adhere to quality standards. Report defects or deviations in product specifications to the Quality Team. Conduct in-line inspections and ensure quality measures are followed.4. Team Supervision & Workforce Management: Lead and supervise the production team on the shop floor.
