An Erection & Commissioning Engineer is an engineer responsible for:Erection (Installation)Supervising installation of industrial equipment, machinery, pipelines, electrical systems, or plant structures.Ensuring equipment is assembled according to drawings and technical specifications.Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation teams.CommissioningTesting and starting up systems after installation.Checking performance, safety, calibration, and operational readiness.Troubleshooting issues before handing over the plant/equipment to operations.

Advanced communication andcomputer skills are very useful for the role.The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.Major Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations Schedule shift according to production needs Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) Prepare and submit status and performance reports Keep paperwork organized Collaborate with quality control, FG stores and other department. Present Monthly MIS. Achieve target set for the department.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience should be from manufacturing industry only & first preference will be from springsmanufacturing field. Degree in Engineering - production Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power point, & Etc. Proven experience in the engineering field. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership abilities. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure.
