job description -

Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.

Execute production schedule for achieving planned production planning timely & accurately along with optimum utilization of resources.

Acting efficiently on schedule of Work order and Raw Materials.

Ensure accuracy in production as per the specifications of design of products.

Ensure least breakdown time for the Machines.

Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs.

Planning of tools and Accessories, and Monitoring Machines Maintenance.

Accurate and timely reporting to the management.

Ensure that health & safety guidelines are followed properly.

Maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly Production Reports and MIS.

Supervise and motivate team members to meet production targets.

Ensure proper housekeeping of the premises by the team.

Executes lean and 5S standards for existing production lines as per the guidelines

Drive root cause analysis and improvement proposals.

qualification - diploma or be mechanical

exp- min 2 to 8 yrs
