In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our supermarket.- **Customer Service**: Assist customers by answering their questions about products and services, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.- **Inventory Management**: Help with receiving, stocking, and organizing products on shelves to maintain proper inventory levels and presentation.- **Cash Handling**: Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and manage cash flow to ensure efficient checkout processes.- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean and well-organized, including maintaining cleanliness in aisles, shelves, and checkout areas to create a welcoming environment for customers.- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the products available in the store to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in retail or a similar environment, with a preference for candidates who hold a high school diploma. You must have strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Being detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure is essential. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are also important. You should be adaptable to changing tasks and have physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Inspection & Auditing: Perform in-house audits, inspect incoming raw materials, and test finished products for conformance to specifications.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise QA/QC staff, including setting work assignments.Procedure Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.Problem Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes for non-conformance, and implement corrective actions.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data to identify trends and report on performance improvements

Technical & Quality Tools SkillsCore Quality Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans.Data Analysis: Minitab, Excel, JMP, statistical methods.Software: CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), MATLAB, SAP.Standards & Methodologies: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis (Ishikawa, Pareto).Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical systems, processes, and inspection techniques.
