Key Responsibilities:
1. **Team Leadership**: Oversee daily sales activities, adding new customers to our portfolio. Provide support and motivation to enhance productivity.
2. **Performance Monitoring**: Track performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, providing feedback.
3. **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with management to devise sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
4. **Customer Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction to enhance business. Site Management & site visits. Material/Balance Confirmation from the Customer site.
5. **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports to management, detailing team performance and market insights to aid in decision-making.
