We are looking for a dedicated Super Market Staff member to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our supermarket.
- **Customer Service**: Assist customers by answering their questions about products and services, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Help with receiving, stocking, and organizing products on shelves to maintain proper inventory levels and presentation.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and manage cash flow to ensure efficient checkout processes.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean and well-organized, including maintaining cleanliness in aisles, shelves, and checkout areas to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the products available in the store to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in retail or a similar environment, with a preference for candidates who hold a high school diploma.
You must have strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Being detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure is essential. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are also important. You should be adaptable to changing tasks and have physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
