Factory Supervisor (Male)

We are looking for a dedicated Factory Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes in Baripada. This role requires an organized individual with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Production Activities: Manage daily operations on the factory floor to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to schedules.

- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products during various production stages to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.

- Team Management: Lead and motivate the factory team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely while maintaining high morale.

- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to new employees to help them understand their roles and responsibilities effectively.
