Factory Supervisor - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore. As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the factory operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and supervising factory workers to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising factory workers: You will oversee the daily activities of production staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow.

- Maintaining production schedules: You will monitor production targets, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Ensuring quality control: You will inspect finished products, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.

- Managing inventory: You will monitor raw materials and supplies, order necessary items, and maintain adequate stock levels to support production.
