Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection & Auditing: Perform in-house audits, inspect incoming raw materials, and test finished products for conformance to specifications.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise QA/QC staff, including setting work assignments.
Procedure Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Problem Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes for non-conformance, and implement corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data to identify trends and report on performance improvements
