Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations.2. Execution of Tests: Conduct various types of tests on products, including functional, regression, and performance testing to identify issues.3. Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.4. Quality Audits: Participate in quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality processes and standards.5. Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and assist in resolving quality-related issues.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess at least a graduate degree and demonstrate a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies. Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary for documenting findings and collaborating with engineers. The candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to fast-paced work settings.
