The Quality Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting inspections, analyzing quality data, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, diligent, and committed to driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesQuality Inspection & Control:Perform regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products/services to ensure they meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.Conduct various tests (e.g., visual, dimensional, functional) using appropriate tools and equipment.Identify and document non-conforming products or processes, initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.Monitor critical control points in the production or service delivery process.Quality Assurance System Support:Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) (e.g., ISO 9001, industry-specific standards).Contribute to the development and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and checklists.Help conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data (e.g., defect rates, rejection rates, customer complaints).Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques where applicable.Problem Solving & Improvement:Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to the development of effective solutions.Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.Documentation & Training:Maintain accurate and organized quality records, inspection logs, and documentation.Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Compliance:Ensure all quality activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
