Bike & Valid Driving License: Mandatory

Good customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Perform service, repair and installation activities.

Use diagnostic tools and follow service procedures.

Identify and replace faulty parts.

Maintain service reports and job records.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service completion.

Continuously update product and technical knowledge.
