Brief JD:

We are hiring a Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer with strong experience in IC/SoC testing and semiconductor product validation. The role involves developing and executing test strategies, test program development, characterization, debugging, and working closely with design and validation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute semiconductor test strategies and methodologies.

Develop, debug and optimize ATE test programs.

Perform silicon characterization, validation and failure analysis.

Analyze test data and identify yield and performance issues.

Collaborate with Design, DFT, Product Engineering and Validation teams.

Support new product introduction and production test activities.

Relevant Skillset:
