Purchase Executive Understand Project requirements. Identifying and selecting vendors and suppliers who can provide required materials at competitive prices. Develop strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules Co-ordinate with Estimation and Project Execution Team to plan and proceed purchase orders. Keeping detailed records of purchases, including vendor information, purchase orders, and delivery information Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

Purchasing Quality Product and maintaining record, Ordering and payment, Build contact with dealers.

1.Sending Offer to International customer, follow-up with customer and convert offer into work order/PO.2.. Co-ordination with vendor & OEM for material finalization. 3. Order finalization with the help of technical team.4..Material procurement & dispatch activity .

Candidate for this job should have detailed knowledge of Direct Procurement (Buying raw materials and goods), Production of goods and Packaging for export purposes.
