What Youll Do:Purchase Procurement Role Keep records organized and up-to-date across digital and physical formats.Check and verify data entries, resolving mismatches or errors quickly.Support purchasing and administrative workflows by maintaining structured documentation.Prepare reports and summaries to assist internal teams with key decisions.Safeguard sensitive company information with professionalism and care. What Were Looking For:Graduates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in purchase, back office, or data entry roles.Strong skills in Advanced Excel, Google search, and general computer applications.Ability to negotiate with suppliers, track orders, and follow up effectively.Good English communication and typing speed of 30 WPM for accurate documentation.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
