Job Summary:The Freelance Real Estate Agent at NDR Group facilitates property transactions by representing buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. The role involves lead generation, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and providing expert market insights, ensuring clients receive outstanding service.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with buying, selling, or leasing properties, offering market advice.Market properties using digital tools, social media, and open houses.Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.Generate leads and maintain client relationships.Ensure compliance with all legal and administrative requirements.

We are looking for a freelance, flexible andmotivated telemarketer with good communication skill. This is not a typical call centre job. You work flexible hours from home. We will provide you all the training you need. No cold-calling is involved. We offer 10 hours a week preferably 2 up to 3 hours of calling per day. Your working hours are semi- flexible, some consultation is required. Still, you can pretty much work when it suits you. You will start to work in a newly formed team on a brand-new project. This is a freelance position; your salary will be paid on monthly basis.
