We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations at our Okhla location. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in billing, dispatch, and supply chain coordination. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, billing, and dispatch of goods.Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents accurately.Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and manage stock reconciliation.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions in the system.Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and dispatch of materials according to order specifications.Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments for order fulfillment.Implement warehouse safety standards and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.Supervise and train warehouse staff for efficient handling of daily tasks.Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce turnaround time.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of billing processes, dispatch operations, and supply chain coordinationProficient in warehouse/inventory software and MS ExcelGood understanding of logistics, transportation, and order managementStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle a team and work under pressureAttention to detail and process orientationQualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management)5 to 10 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain rolesExperience in industrial hubs like Okhla preferred

Daily Inventory cycle count of available stock in store & reconciliation with system Maintain register day to day (outward register, incoming register, and purchase register) Maintain documents records ( purchase bills ,sales bills , challans , couriers slips bilty . Maintain the store and records area in a neat and orderly manner . Maintain stock inventory day to day (main stock register ) Raw material issue to production as per production slip & handover to concern authority. Inbound material Goods inspection report physical vs. document, if something shortage, excess & damage then same communicate to supplier and our org mgmt, GRN process as per Physical rpt. Daily finished goods stock take over from production dept & entry in FG1 stock Store. Dispatch plan destinations wise as per allocation. Picking, packing, labeling & strapping & put way the goods in dispatch area for loading. Vehicles arrangement as per indent with in a time line with follows up of transporter. Documentation of actual goods load inside the vehicle as per loading slip & actual note. Documents Check list inspection all points, Signing & stamp before move the vehicle.
