Looking For Packing Supervisor

We are looking for a Packing Supervisor to join our team in Thaltej. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a packing environment and will ensure the efficient and accurate packing of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Packing Operations: Oversee daily packing activities to ensure products are packed according to company standards and timelines.

- Train Packing Staff: Provide training and guidance to team members on effective packing techniques and safety procedures.

- Monitor Quality Control: Check packed items to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch, minimizing errors and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of packing activities, including quantities packed and materials used for reporting purposes.

- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work with production and shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
