The primary responsibility of a Picker & Packer is to accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner. This includes picking items from the warehouse shelves, packaging them securely, and preparing them for shipment. In addition to these tasks, Picker & Packers may also be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, auditing inventory levels, and loading and unloading trucks.
