The role involves accurately picking products, packing orders as per company standards, and ensuring timely dispatch for online orders.Key Responsibilities:Pick products from inventory as per order list (SKU-wise accuracy)Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materialsEnsure correct labeling, barcoding, and invoice attachmentMaintain packing quality to avoid transit damageVerify quantity, size, and color before packingAssist in inward stock checking when requiredKeep the packing and storage area clean and organizedFollow company SOPs for packing and dispatchSkills & Requirements:Basic understanding of warehouse operationsAbility to read order slips and product codesAttention to detail and accuracyPhysically fit to handle packing workPrior experience in e-commerce packing (preferred but not mandatory)Honest, punctual, and team-oriented

Need to be polite and attentive for Picker & Packer. Work is soap packing in pouches.
