Freshers For Picker & Packer - Agra

Ishu Collection is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The role involves accurately picking products, packing orders as per company standards, and ensuring timely dispatch for online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from inventory as per order list (SKU-wise accuracy)

Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials

Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and invoice attachment

Maintain packing quality to avoid transit damage

Verify quantity, size, and color before packing

Assist in inward stock checking when required

Keep the packing and storage area clean and organized

Follow company SOPs for packing and dispatch

Skills & Requirements:

Basic understanding of warehouse operations

Ability to read order slips and product codes

Attention to detail and accuracy

Physically fit to handle packing work

Prior experience in e-commerce packing (preferred but not mandatory)

Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
