We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage and execute the loan settlement process. The ideal candidate will handle post-loan disbursement activities, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure smooth and timely loan closures. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Excellent command of Spoken and written English. At least 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound (calling) B2C and International sales (BDE), with mandatory experience in night shiftsDemonstrated ability to close sales.A passion for sales and target achievements.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.Familiarity with IT training courses and certifications would be an added advantage.
