Job description1) Maintain all the hard copy of the data and digital records of the ongoing executive projects2) Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly managers meetings and other executive meetings.3) Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management4) Handle requests and queries appropriately. Take dictation and minutes.5) Performing secretarial and administrative dues. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.6) Observing best business practices and etiquette.7) Devise and maintain office filing system8) Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.Any other Special Requirement (Technical Competencies and Behavioral Competencies):1. Shall have experience in Retails or wholesale sector2. Typing, Formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations3. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
